Payment, cancellation, and data handling.
Payment terms
Diagnostic Review is invoiced upon engagement acceptance. Pilot and Ongoing tiers are invoiced 50% at kickoff and 50% upon delivery of the decision memo.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel before Week 2 normalization begins with a full refund of any prepaid amount. After Week 2, no refund is available.
Data handling
All data is handled under NDA. Diagnostic data is retained for 90 days after delivery, then deleted unless explicit opt-in for continued engagement is received.
Revisions
One revision cycle is included for clarifications on the decision memo. Additional revisions or expanded scope require a change order.
Intellectual property
Deliverables are provided under a limited license for internal operator use. Resale, redistribution, or public disclosure requires written permission.
Liability
Findings are advisory and operational. They are not financial, legal, or investment advice. Maximum liability is limited to the engagement fee paid.
